„What is most personal is most universal“ – Psychologist Carl Rogers already knew that. In this two-hour workshop, we write from the heart, without worrying about form or audience. You can write about yourself or fictional characters—but always authentically. Then we look together at the universal themes in our most personal experiences to find out which aspects might appeal to a wider audience. In a safe space, we write personally, anonymously, honestly—and read our texts to each other without knowing who wrote them. What matters is the response: What touched you? Why? A workshop for anyone who wants to engage with themselves and others through writing. No pressure, no judgment—just emotion.
